How to get the email notice when customer place a order

Cs-cart does not send the email notice automatically when the customer places an order. I have to go to administration panel to turn this setting on.

Goto "Orders" => "Order Status",
click "edit" in Processed row
check Notify Orders Department

    If you would like to send email notifications to customers that made a purchase from your online store, then you can do so using Smart Actions.
